With enough rest in the last days leading up to the race, you are going to feel fresh and energized even on the day of the rest of the you may have some trouble sleeping the night before the race.

Due to the physical demands of the process of preparing for a race, you need to make sure that you are having the right foods. How you feel throughout the day depends significantly on the types of food you eat. Fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins are all important for someone preparing for a race since their diet needs to be highly nutritious. On the day you are supposed to add to your trophy and medal display, you need to have a hearty breakfast at least two hours before time and take lots of water.
